Stress - Students, Teachers and Parents

Stress is a universal experience for individuals regardless of age. What are the signs of destructive and constructive stress? This workshop will present guidelines for observing stress levels in children and adults with whom we work and offer suggestions for focusing stress positively. At its best, stress is part of the learning process resulting in creativity and fulfillment. At its worst, stress can be a physical and emotional crippler. Ironically, our own aspirations, values and standards contribute to the stress we experience. Stress is a fact of life but it needn¼t be a way of life.
